Well games with gold like Dirt 3 this month are included, also burnout and Mirror's edge are confirmed. On Neogaf you see enough comments of people buying X360 games on Xbox.com so that they can play them on their Xbox one. If you not going to remaster your game why not put it on the bc list and hope people buy it from xbox.com?
