NoGenlefBhind said: smh... the media in America is not owned by a select few powerful people who like to control what you think...and the Socratic irony in you saying so is that you have no contrary proof to demonstrate that if what you state is true, YOU'RE not the one being controlled and told what to think..lol...how do the rest of us know for certain that you're not part of it... I mean why else would you be trying to govern people's opinion about a ship that sank more than 100 years ago. Who paid you off... who got you.. I wanna know damnitt!! ... also, instead of trying to intentionally mislead people with semantics, you should be honest. When you say that we've committed soldiers to Syria, you know full well what that sentence implies.. that US soldiers will by fighting hand to hand, you also know full well that isn't true but you still go right ahead and say it. We've sent roughly a few dozen special forces there to advice and help train. That's it. It's really annoying when people are intentionally dishonest. .. and as far as the Titanic thing, while it's certainly an interesting premise and not all that unreasonable given it's conspiratorial nature, there's more than enough information to be found that utterly debunks all of it. Hey.. what do you know.. here comes some now: http://www.williammurdoch.net/articles_34_Titanic_switch_theory_03.html Conspiracy theorists are kinda like muppets, they're entertaining for a second, but the more you listen the more you realize they're not really in control of their own strings. |
Do you prefer I not mention the possibility?
When I said boots on the ground, I just said boots on the ground, implying that there would be boots on the ground. They will likely be training but whether they are training or fighting is neither here nor there in what I was trying to say. I was trying to say that now was a bad time for them to go in because now Russia is there, and America and Russia are not officially cooperating. That's why imho it's very prone to accidents and blaming. I wasn't intending on misleading anyone.
Also, your link is very interesting, and I'll read it. It's important to read and get informed, the more you know the better you can judge.

In all honesty, you just made me feel bad. That's about the classiest reply I've ever received after leaving an argumentative and somewhat insulting comment first.
I take back the muppet thing... (I used 'em wrong anyway)
