They bought Gears of War, Minecraft, Havok this generation and possibly AMD. Each Xbox system is getting more and more popular than the next. Microsoft is the only console manufacture that improves each generation and gains more popularity. Minecraft and Havoc aren't turning into exclusives. Why would Microsoft buy AMD right now? Congrats on realizing Sony is a corporation?

Minecraft and Minecraft story is only on ps4 due to being made / worked on before Microsoft bought Minecraft. Havok and (possibly) AMD will still have a present with Playstation, but Microsoft can use this cut the middle man for their (Havok) games and (AMD) console to make them cheaper and the more money they make the more games they can invest into. The whole bit about Sony being a corporation was to tell that user that Sony is hungry for money as well.
