The first part I really don't get at all....

No not really, they aren't equal, I'm actually seeing more complaints coming from the crowd who already like the game for what it is vs the minority who speak their opinion of disliking the current visuals.

Why would people who already like the game complaining , and also like i said people who dislike and speak their opinion often more louder on the forum and comment section, for example if someone said " this is good enough" then people who dont like the game replaying the guys over and over and it's giving the impresion the majority of people dont like the games.

And also graphic mod like ENB on skyrim often spoiled PC gamer because it looks so good and oftenly look down every games that came after that. And One of the reason most of people downplay Fallout 4 graphic because they compare with Skyrim with mod, it's hard to argue in this.
