Besides that, the idea that improved system hardware only benefits graphics is silly when the benefits to gameplay are far more meaningful.

I never said sysem hardware benefits only benefit graphics, they can ebenfit both but I appreciate both good visuals and good gameplay rather than just gameplay.

Which sounds like you're saying there is no other reason to buy a current gen system other than improved graphics, whether you meant it or not.

Also, it's completely viable to want improved graphics over last gen and still be satisfied with Fallout 4 level graphics in an open-world game.
