The textures look dull, but the lightning has that so called 'next gen' feel to it. Besides, the engines Bethesda use for their open world games were never that graphically impressive.
I'm more interested in animations and the character designs because it was difficult to empathize and care for the hairy stoic generic potatoes in Skyrim.
