What would the point in that be? They have a product they're investing next to nothing in, that is getting content provided for it generating them money? They also have no intention of succeeding the product with anything.
I figure they're going to do like SEGA did with the Dreamcast and continue to allow content to be officially produced for it for pretty much as long as anyone shows interest. (Last officially licensed Dreamcast title released in like 2007, after the PS3 and 360 were both on the market)
