Good news for Vita fans, CIV is that kind of game that should be on most handhelds.
Not too sure about XCOM 2 though, what with the profits and Firaxis history in general.
Mankind, in its arrogance and self-delusion, must believe they are the mirrors to God in both their image and their power. If something shatters that mirror, then it must be totally destroyed.
