Nope, not if you disregard the bullshit weighting system Metacritic uses. MGS:V averaged 92% not 93% and The Witcher 3 averaged slightly higher than Bloodborne. 

1. MGS:V (PS4) - 7670 / 83 = 92.41% 

2. The Witcher 3 (PS4) - 7290 / 79 = 92.29%

3. Bloodborne (PS4) - 9187 / 100 = 91.87%
