It's unfair in the sense that if I as a consumer pay £40 and another person has paid £14, I get one game and he gets that one game + four full games.

Suddenly my purchase has lost value because i could've got the shitty pc version, waited a little bit, then got a fixed version plus four free games for 1/3 the price.

This option wasnt available before. If I knew i'd be getting 5 games for cheaper i'd have gone with that. So no, i didn't have an option.

This promotion is still going on for the next 2 weeks.  Sell it to a friend for 20 or 30$ and buy the game off Cdkeys and get your prize.

"In order to qualify for the free content, players must own Batman: Arkham Knight before 16th November, 2015."

I don't see any reason you should be complaining.

As a PC owner:

1.) offered refunds.

2.) fixed the game

3.) are now offering free games to apologize for the poor port.

As a console owner:

1.) Gave you a great running game

2.) Are still offering a chance to get those free games, despite never being affected by the issues that plagued it.

It's like complaining that someone else's car broke down and saying it's unfair that they got a new car.  Unfair that the car salesmen gave them popcorn and coffee.

I shouldnt have to buy the game again to qualify.

And it's not my fault the PC version is broken. But my value is suddenly decreased because they are offering extreme value to those who paid less.

And your example makes no sense. If two people bought two of the same cars from the same outlet, one guys car is down for 5 days and he gets upgraded for free to an aston martin, thats unfair. We bought the same item, we should get the same result. And so should rocksteady, not demean the purchase for other consumers.
