But I got a response from humble bundle's support but.....the response they gave me didnt help not that it matters since I redeemed the keys already....

Although the last part does...give me some hope that I wont have any issues?

Great question! If the keys are region locked to India, it's likely you won't be able to purchase them at all. We're sorry about that! Region restriction rules and laws are very strict, and we don't much room to negotiate about that.

My suggestion is that you have a friend buy a copy while you're in India (if region restrictions are an issue, they might not be).

I can tell you that any games on your Steam account will absolutely be available as long as you're in a region that allows them.
