you are aware that if China does NOT begin to trend down in population they will be no where, and I mean nowhere, capable of feeding their population in a couple of decades?

as it stands there are millions of people in poverty starving in China

for those of you who think that taking this rule away is a good thing, you have no idea. the amount of people in both India and China per square mile is absolutely insane

they'll regret this rule change (if in fact it truly has been changed, which I doubt. the Chinese government is not that suicidal)
