Target has a sale right now where you can buy a PSN card for $50 and get a $5 gift card (applies to digital codes too).
PSN still has that spend $100 -- and get a $15 credit, so:
Spend $95*** (5% off with redcard) to get 2 Gift Cards, and get $10 back.
Spend both PSN cards and get a $15 credit.
*** It looks like you may need to break it into 2 transactions though.
