Technically there is no such thing as "second party". However, 2nd party is used when the IP (eg Wild or Ratchet&Clank) is owned by the plattform manufacturer (Sony) but developed by a studio that is not a subsidiary of the plattform manufacturer. SFV is not Sonys IP, neither is Bayonetta owned by Nintendo.
