I'm going to imagine Detroit from the French developer perspective and start pronouncing it as Dee-TWAH.
I'm also going to assume that you can simply take over an abandoned house and use it as your base. Maybe even take over an entire abandoned block and connect all the houses. Should blow Metal Gear Solid away.
