Sega was a huge favorite of mine as a kid, but I don't feel like much of their content has aged particularly well. They might go back to their roots, yet I may still be underwhelmed by the output. A Sonic remix collection could be cool, rebuild the old trilogy with new tech and rebalance some things. A new Phantasy Star (not online) could be neat. A remake of Comix Zone? A digital sequel to Dynamite Headdy?
