Yes, wich is why i don't pre-order games that have a mess of a pre-order campaign.
I pre-ordered Fallout 4 and Xenoblade X. Both of wich have no bonuses for pre-ordering as far as i know. I will pre-order Deus Ex i think, but i'm not in a huge hurry after that stunt they pulled. Regardless, if they try to mess you up with pre-order campaign you can just wait till the last day before launch to pre-order. It will make little difference compared to buying at launch for them and you will get the extras.
