There's no point in trying to figure out if combined low selling items are selling more than one highest selling item. There's too many variables that come into play. But i doubt items that are that low sell anywhere near an item in the top 20.
Regarding black friday; The PS4 is $350 now which means there will probably be $299 deals over the weekend. MS doesn't really have the advantages they had last holiday. I don't think an official $299 price drop will affect SW and COD bundles either. Those bundles might get a price drop during BF weekend too.
