If we're going purely by GAME writing standards, Bioware usually has their moments of near-brilliancy in most of their games, particularly in their pre-console days. Not exactly Pulitzer Prize stuff, and often a little overwrought, but for the most part, pretty good. Believe it or not, The World Ends With You also has some pretty sharp dialogue; not something I was expecting out of it at all.
