Yes, as a matter of fact, I do. He said it himself, customer asks about two specific models/brands, and instead of offering his opinion on the customers desired phones, he went straight to his favorite brand, as he said of himself, a major sony fan, and when the customer showed no interest in said brand or phone, the seller then became annoyed with the customer, thus creating this thread..... 

So, just because he's a Sony fan and he simply suggested a Sony phone based on what the customer told him that he was looking for, he somehow "pushed a Sony phone down his throat"? You either don't know what the expression means or you're blowing things way out of proportion.

Or, you're just taking it way too personally. Get over it.
