Finally a sane comment. Everyone here is acting like the customer commited a crime when actually the op is just annoyed that the guy rejected his favorite brand.

I dont think the op would be annoyed if the costumer would have chosen something other than apple or SAMSUNG doesnt have to be a Sony. I think what annoys him is the hive mentality in the mobile phone market
