This is the oldest argument that has been used in umpteen threads in umpteen forums.
Never made it true, however.
XBox One was available in Europe right from day one. Actually, availability for it was way better than for the PS4 in the early weeks/months (due to the latter being often sold out). In the early days, you could walk into any MediaMarkt-like shop and buy an XBox One. That is because Microsoft does not sell consoles, it is shops and Megacorps like Mediamarkts (who are all over mainland Europe) that sell consoles.
