| LurkerJ said: Why? "Worst review ever" Not even close "I am not going to give her a view" Insightful "Oh dear, so that con artist has actually started reviewing games, from her 'oh look at me, poor victimized woman' perspective...not that I believe for one second that she actually plays any of them." Awesome "Would anyone post a summary or is just feminism bs? Pretty useless review? Will they count her score for metacritic, won't care." What's this? "Oh for the love of god, when will this chick just fall off the face of the earth? Her "Men bad, women good" shtick has gotten stale already." Pure class.
Don't take what I said out of context and tell me to be careful with my accusation, it's hardly an accusation. Is it a bad review? It is. Nothing to get worked up over either. Not within a community that worships metascores regardless of the quality of the reviews behind these scores, at least. |
Because people talking about the review, or anita is kinda the point of why a forum exists, to bring up a topic and talk about it, you might not like what others have to say about it, however when it goes from making comments about a video or the person that made it, to making comments about other users in the thread, you move into sticky territory in that you are skirting the rules of the forum.
It has nothing to do with taking what you say out of context, and everything to do with giving you a fair warning.
And yes, implying that certain users came in to the thread with a predisposition to hate on the video in question, regardless of how true that may be, is making an accusation.
