Syndicate is set in the 19th century and there were plenty of other ethnicities in 19th century london. I don't personally care because I have zero interest in this game but please get your facts right.

However, as far as ethnicities goes, immigration records show irish as being the largest immigrant group, the first census taken of londoners was carried out in 1841 and found that 4% of londoners (73,000) were from ireland, a further 13,000 from eastern countries such as french, italian, german and spanish.

Chinese, indian and african immigration did occur but in significantly smaller numbers, the number of british born white residents was over 90% and of the remaining number, most of which were from ireland or neighbouring countries, many such immigrants also had/have white skin too.
