You have to understand, its not America, there just isn't daily fear of others here in Europe.

I live in Spain. Anyway, I guess you meant the northern countries in Europe.

 

Here in Spain, if some guy enters in a school with a mask and a real sword, we surely wouldn't act the way they did.
