Except there's also potential for complete financial ruination as well. Facebook has the money to wrap this crap up in the courts for years, for the sole purpose of running her finances into the ground. And it's not an uncommon tactic either. Legal victory through attrition is actually pretty commmon, esp. for big business vs a single individual.
