A lot of countries have bad caps. Austrialia is one.

Yeah, I've never seen them in Sweden. Not sure if it ever existed, but if it did I'm guessing it might have been with some lesser known internet providers.
But when I was in Australia I had a cap on my internet connection. =/ Plus the internet in Australia is just bad in general. =(

God yes. A friend of mine can't even skype chat if he sends a photo over his wifi, at the same time. The call will drop. So he has to use his 4G.
