Devs targeting 30FPS for Black Ops 3 on PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360

im not sure why they are even bothering with these two ports. pretty much every game this year that was cross gen bombed on the previous gen. i doubt either version will sell a million. was it really worth it? they could have marketed this as the "first true next gen CoD".
