Glad to hear you like it too. x ) Yeah, I love to put it on as background music sometimes. I love Boom Town Lounge as well as Useful Vacation. Really neat tunes.

My favorite by far is Distant High Life by far. But even after that, Battle Against a Familiar/Slow/Dancing/Intense Foe, The Green Run, and Hometown Strut are all fantastic. But my favorite pieces from this game will, far and away, be the ones which make you feel a bit uneasy. Like the music that plays then Travis is in his PJs in the beginning and Happy Days.

Shane Mesa is a musical genius. Same with Dani Person. This is coming from a fellow musician - it takes an extreme amount of disipline and talent to replicate feel while staying original. The composer of Mother 3 completely failed to do that, so it's absolutely insane to me that two literally random musicians came out of the wood work to make an original soundtrack that still feels distinctly "Eartbound."

I just hope the writing is up to snuff. That was a big issue for me when playing Mother 3 - the fan localization was mediocre. It wasn't good. I'm hoping this Pastel character is to the script what Shane and Dani have been to the soundtrack.
