2, Brotherhood and Revelations didn't have any issues, for me at least.

I never had issues with Black Flag but I've seen video of entire ships not rendering and characters falling throught the deck of ships.

Some of us just get lucky.

True, there are some bugs that don't appear to all owners of the game. Like you said the one with the ships from BF never happened to me either although i had some either minor ones.
