Lol that's a bit narrow for a poke'mon mmorpg.
I've read much more detailed ideals for one - it included breeders, trainers, gym leaders, elite four, champions, rangers... etc being players.
The complexity was in great detail, trust me great detail, if Nintendo used that as a blue print, they would have my 22 dollars a month 30 max... maybe 35... yea 35.
Like using the Wiimote to do synch'd gestures in a team battle to have your poke's do unison attacks was just novel, even a suggestion that the DS would function like a pokedex/phone.
I'd say the poke's since red/blue have developed at least a fanbase of 15 million, I haven't even bought a poke' game in a while - I'd buy this one though.
