"could of", "would of", "should of".
That stuff irks me to no end. For some strange reason usually seems to be Brits who are guilty of this. Why is that?
Some other pet-peeves:
"[companyX] are knocking it out of the park!"
"[companyX's product] blows [companyY's very similar product] out of the water!"
"AAA Exclusives" (as if their exclusivity is a good thing in any way)
