The death of Japanese games. Besides Mortal Kombat, I wouldn't have anything else to play if Twisted Metal, Marvel Nemesis, and Crash Team Racing, remain in a limbo.
Probably some other technological / digital f*uckery if they are meant to screw costumers over.
