I actually like what I've seen of FF, outside of it's shitty artstyle.

Not to where it impacts development. MM3D, for example, had no effect on the progression of Zelda U. It's made by a different dev, and since Aonuma is a producer and not a director, he doesn't need to be there for developement to progress on schedule.
