Being a good fit. You may hear that phrase being tossed around when it comes to hiring potential employees. The ability to get along with your co-workers. I personally know several situations where someone wasn't hired for a job (that they were totally qualified for) because they weren't a good fit. Without adequate social skills, you will find that the positions you are a good fit for is considerably smaller.
