Not at all. they must be emulated like in the XB1. The difference is that given the huge power of some PCs they may actually get a stable frame rate. Not sure about 60fps and/or better resolution, though, that would need to be unlocked in the emulator. Unless you mean they have been ported. But Forza and Halo games aren't.
Anyway, I'm really looking forward to see how many PC Players would pay for the XBL Gold subscription to play X360 games online! :D
