Here are my outside chance options:

No Man's Sky gets announced and launches immediately
No Man's Sky gets announced and a Novembers PS+ title
No Man's Sky gets announced and launches in November as a $300 PS4 Bundle.

It could be none of the above but I feel as if something big is coming.

Any NMS release date would be pretty big news. I expect they'll also officially announce PSVR support for the game aswell.

Any of those would be cool, but they all seem pretty unlikely.
