It's because sides are blue and the other two are orange yet the top one also has blue that looks out of place

When you backup a Vita game that has dlcs installed, on a PC or PS3, does it backup all the data or only the base game? Usually I don't use this cause my internet is fast and USB copying is not really any faster, but this game has so many dlcs that'd be a pain to transfer all of it when/if I want to install again if I need to choose each piece at once
