Your math doesn't account for people buying multiple consoles if one broke or getting a new slim model. Multiple PS3's being in the household but only 1 game being purchased for all of them to share between their consoles. And more people playing Uncharted than units sold because of borrowing from friends and used games. And that that also 21 million sales could be between 7 million people who bought all 3.
Basically you can't determine shit from looking at numbers and actually have to conduct "a lot of research".

You're right! I am one of those people that bought all three. Chances are that if you played the first one and liked it you probably bought 2 & 3. So it is possible less than 10 % of ps3 owners played an uncharted game. But then again if like you say you factor in replacement ps3's, used games and borrowing the figure could be alot higher maybe above 30 %. My guess is that it would probably be somewhere inbetween around 20%.
