Not bad.
I'm not particularly impressed with Vaas, though. He just seemed like a local warlord who was only dangerous because he was a psychopath. I still think he was only famous because he stole a quote from Einstein.
Handsome Jack, in my opinion, is the best villain of recent years. He's a psychopath, too, but there is a lot more to him than that. He's the best antagonist because he's ahead of you every step of the way. He tricks you, he mocks you, he hurts you and your friends, and more importantly, he firmly believes that he is the hero of the story.
