Of your list of future games to get I would put Bloodborne at the top of that. I am also really enjoying MGS5 right now. If you get FFXIV you might as well forget about making it through that backlog you have. Game will wipe out months of game. I got it when it launched on PS4 back in April 2014 which was a good time because games were only trickling out. Save inFamous for when you want a quick fix game (not one you get sucked into for weeks) the game is short, but sweet.
The Witcher 3 is a good starting point. Loved the game. Spent over a month playing through it and got the platinum.
Also, the Order is a really good game for 25 bucks. The issue was at release it was 60. 12 hours of gameplay (if you plat it) for 60 is steep. 12 hours for 25 not bad.
