Lol that doesn't mean anything  if EA has a contract with Respawn. You think when the head of Respawn didn't even have a clue to when EA went over his head and took money from MS for not releasing Titanfall on PS4 that they have much power? You think that EA signed them up for just 1 game? No.

You don't know either. EA and Microsoft is known to make deals like EA Access. Microsoft can offer the money and thats that. Microsoft is rich remember and Sony not so much. Also, it is known for a fact Titan Fall wouldn't exsist without Microsoft.
