What is the next videogame ip that Microsoft will acquire?

Minecraft was a phenomenon, easy buy.
Gears of War had 3 successful games, easy buy.
Titanfall only 1 successful game, not so easy buy.

I don't think they will make any new major purchases unless they really want to push this gen.
