90 days means he's gone for good as his replacement's election is during this time. EDIT: Forgot he changed that, it's February... They should just do it now before things get worse.
It's weird how he says "I've done nothing wrong." and it's like he forgets how things work. You are the leader and some of those beneath you did questionable things while you were the leader therefore you are responsible whether you like it or not. There have been enough military leaders, policitians, Police Chiefs and COEs who stepped down for the similar things because they are meant to be leaders.
