Ok... there is a conference. it will include both 1st and 3rd party content. According to the guy off GAF who supposedly has insider info:

PGW > E3 in terms of Sony 1st party published IP only. He is not saying the entire showing of the conference is better. He is not saying that 3rd party games announcements are going to be better.

He is only saying that within the whole conference, in relation to 1st party content ONLY, PGW will be better than E3.

That is what he believes from the info he supposedly has.

Do you notice how there is no source in the OP? I don't know why you are acting so high and mighty. I dont know exactly what the guy said, so you can't hold it against me. Just went off what the OP said. Wether he was acurate or not, is not really my say (though i assume of good faith that its accurate). Actually, you havent posted the source aswell.

I would like to know exactly what this "guy" said now.

Regardless, this sounds like a very pety debate. The question here is: What can be this megaton that is bigger than E3?
