how can DMC devil may cry have a higher metacritic score than 4 on new gen? is Metacritic biased towards Japan?

The story wasn't the strong point of the old DMC series but it wasn't as pitiful as the reboot ... 

The old Dante had much more charm than the reboot being some punk ass ... 

Better gameplay is arguable as the reboot features sub-par controls and bad enemy mechanic designs ...

At the end of the day both stories are pretty bad and Dante is an asshole anyways.

I have to disagree with the subpars controls, they were pretty awesome imo.
