I'm surprised my Mardi Gras level already has 14 stars, and here I was worried it wasn't good enough to upload, lol.
Now more of you guys need to play it, I need 200 stars.

It's called Mardi Gras in Mushroom village.
Just like every good law abiding citizen of the Mushroom Kingdom, these villagers shoved fireworks up the bums of goombas and koopa troopas. The place is decorated with green strings, confeffti and explosive fireflowers. Don't get too drunk or drugged up during the trip though, or things might start appearing a bit fuzzy near the end. The bowser being burned in a wooden cage at the end symbolizes the devil puppets that are traditionally burned at the end of such festivities.

Who would've thought Mario liked dressing as a girl? It's a tradition to dress like a girl at the "Carnaval"/Mardi Gras of my birth town. Google "voil jeanneten" if you want to see pictures.
There are multiple ways to get across each obstacle. This level is quite easy, so if you fail even once... Then well... You kinda suck.
