Like recently Devil's Third, Mario Party and Xenoblade Chronicles X? Sorry, man, but that's bullshit... Publishers are Just publisher, may be they are guilty of giving it a OK, but still the development problems are on GUST, You can not say "Tecmo usually MAKE some good refined games, but this one isn't.." because they didn't make it.
BTW, again, I will get it on PS4 when it come over xD
