how can DMC devil may cry have a higher metacritic score than 4 on new gen? is Metacritic biased towards Japan?

Yeah but metacritic doesnt include japanese or asian reviers in their score, its a highly biased prefernce from the start from a site who claims representing the whole world. 

Its only western reviewers who are allowed and from them the majority are anglo-american sites. I havent even seen a german site on metacritic

There are plenty of German sites and magazines on Metacritic.

 GamePro, 4players, PC Games, Eurogamer Germany etc.

Never seen them and certainly not on a launch of a game

Yeah but their reviews are often times heaviliy delayed i noticed.
