Maybe Sony needs to bring more japanese games to PS+. I am pretty sure people would prefer playing a game like akiba'strip over 6 indie games. PS+ in japan just got some months ago Nobunagas Ambition and they are also are getting PS2 and PS1 classics on ps3. Something i havent seen ever here in the west
